凌津滩电厂水轮机转轮室换型改造

摘    要:针对凌津滩电厂4#~9#机转轮室产生裂纹的现象,就转轮室的结构及特点,设备的运行工况以及同类机组的类比等,对转轮室各个部位裂纹产生的原因进行了全面和深层次的分析,并根据分析的结果和设备运行现状,进行了一台机组的转轮室换型改造。通过新旧转轮室的结构特点对比以及强度的分析计算,经过一年的运行观察,新转轮室能够很好地确保设备的安全稳定,彻底解决了转轮室裂纹问题。

Abstract:Aiming at the phenomena of cracks occurred on the runner chambers of the No.4~No.9 turbine units, a comprehensive and deep analysis on the causations of the cracks occurred on all the parts of the runner chamber is made in accordance with the structure and features of the runner chamber, the operation status of the equipment as well as the comparison with the similar turbine unit, and then the modification with type-changing is carried out for a turbine unit therein on the basis of the analysis result and the equipment operation status. Through the comparison made between the structural features of both the new and the old runner chambers and the relevant strength study and analysis, it is demonstrated that the new runner chamber can guarantee the safety and stability of the equipment after the observation on the operation for one year, thus the problem of the cracks occurred on runner chamber is completely solved.
