| 摘 要： | 分析了宽厚板轧辊使用寿命的影响因素，从轧辊选材、事故辊使用及磨削、轧制计划编排、配辊工艺以及支撑辊倒角优化等方面制定了降低辊耗的对策，使轧辊消耗由2012年的0.65 kg/t降低到当前的0.48 kg/t，降低了约26%。

| Abstract: | The factors affecting wide and heavy plate roll working life and its cause were analyzed. Some measures were taken to reduce the roll consumption from 0.65 kg/t in 2012 to the current 0.48 kg/t, including roll material optimization, accident roll′s using and grinding, hot rolling plan arrangement, roll matching process and back- up roll chamfer optimization. |
