| Abstract: | Aiming at the construction characteristics such as many processes， limited time， heavy task of the construction of Shatuo Hydropower Station， a summarization is made on the aspects of the technical preparation， construction resources preparation organization management， etc. for the emergency risk-elimination; which provides an actual engineering experience for the concrete construction during emergency risk-elimination. |
