工程车辆车身材料轻量化研究

摘    要:材料轻量化是减轻工程机械车身质量的有效途径。在工程车辆驮桥车车身设计过程中,车身材料一般采用Q345B或Q460C低合金高强度钢。本文采用强度等代设计壁厚公式,及通过有限元分析从经济效益和节能环保方面比较了两种材料的优劣。试验验证表明:从安全性、节能环保、经济性方面综合考虑,应选择Q460C钢板作为车身材料。

Abstract:Light weight materials is an effective way to reduce the body weight of engineering vehicles.In the process of engineering vehicles body design,the body material was generally used Q345B plate and Q460C pate.In this paper,using the thickness calaultion equation of strength substitution design,and through the finite element analysis,these two kinds of material were compared from the economic efficiency,energy saving effect and environmental protection.The results showed that Q460C plate should be applied
