低碳低硅钢氧化铁皮缺陷分析研究

摘    要:针对河北钢铁股份有限公司唐山分公司1 700 mm生产线生产热轧酸洗带钢时氧化铁皮压入缺陷严重的问题,分析了缺陷产生的根本原因是带钢化学成分中Si含量较低,精轧时产生的三次氧化铁皮压入带钢表面而致。同时,试验分析了Si含量对氧化铁皮起泡行为的影响。结果表明:低硅钢(w(Si)<0.03%)在900~1 100 ℃范围内氧化铁皮生长迅速,极易起泡、破裂,易产生月牙形氧化铁皮压入缺陷;此外,氧化铁皮过厚、破裂易导致工作辊氧化膜剥落,粗糙辊面易造成氧化铁皮、氧化膜压入缺陷。为此,提出了采用“低温快轧”的措施,可避免该缺陷的产生。

Abstract:In view of serious scale pressed defect of hot rolled and pickled strip at 1 700 mm production line of Tangshan Brach of Hebei Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., the main cause of Si content in strip steel chemical composition was low , and the scale produced in finishing rolling was pressed on the surface of strip. Meanwhile, the effect of Si content on the blistering behavior of oxide scale was analyzed. The results show that for the low silicon steel (w(Si)<0.03%) in 900-1 100 ℃, the iron oxide scale growth rapidly, easily blistering and rupture, and produce the crescent shaped defect. In addition, iron oxide skin is too thick, which easily lead to film peeling of work roll to cause the defect. Therefore, the measure of “low temperature fast rolling” is put forward, which can avoid the defect.
