摘    要:速度制度是热连轧工艺最为重要的工艺制度之一。本文结合唐钢FTSR生产线轧机布置特点,针对开发1.0 mm超薄规格带钢中存在的中间坯温降大、轧制过程稳定性差、终轧温度命中率低、频繁甩尾等问题,自主开发了粗轧高速穿帯、精轧梯度轧制,以及抛钢速度、加速度和时序控制等技术。通过具体分析与优化,1.0 mm超薄规格单轧程产量达到555 t,实现了稳定批量生产。

Abstract:Speed system is one of the most important process system of hot rolling process. In view of problems, such as intermediate billet temperature dropping, poor stability of rolling process, lower hit rate of final rolling temperature and frequent tail out, in developing 1.0 mm thin gauge strip on FTSR production line of Tangsteel, some techniques were developed and applied, which were high- speed threading of roughing rolling, gradient finishing rolling, acceleration and time sequence control, etc. Through the concrete analysis and optimization, the single rolling process output of 1.0 mm ultra thin gauge strip was 555 t, and the stable mass production was realized.
