摘    要:梨园水电站混凝土面板堆石坝趾板与面板通过周边缝止水相连接,是该坝防渗体系的重要组成部分。面临高温,工期紧等难题,施工采取了优化混凝土配合比、合理分缝分块、细化混凝土运输方式和入仓手段、加强混凝土振捣、保温养护和止水保护、设置后浇带、先浇筑找平层等保温和防裂措施。这样,不但减少了对趾板混凝土的约束,预防了裂缝,而且混凝土浇筑质量也确保并满足了其结构安全及使用功能,对同类型的混凝土施工有一定的借鉴。

Abstract:The toe-slab of the concrete face rockfill dam of Liyuan Hydropower Station is connected with the face slab through the water seal of the peripheral joint and is an important part of the anti-seepage system of the dam. Facing the problems of high temperature, limited construction period, etc., the insulation and anti-cracking measures, i.e. optimizing mixing ratio of concrete, reasonably jointing and blocking, refining concrete transportation and placement process, strengthening concrete vibration, insulation curing and protection of water seal, arranging post-pouring zone and fore-poured leveling layer, etc. are adopted for the construction. In this way, not only the restriction on the concrete of the toe-slab is reduced for preventing cracking, but the structural safety and the using function of it are also ensured and satisfied by the concrete placing quality, which can provide a certain reference for the concrete construction of the similar project concerned.
