摘    要:视觉测量技术是建立在计算机视觉研究基础上的一门新兴学科,随着科学技术的发展,视觉测量也越来越受到重视,基于单目视觉的小位移非接触测量是一种高效、快速、方便的测量方法,本文给出具体的测量算法,并对基于二次曲面拟合的亚像素定位技术的计算过程进行了改进,在确保精度的前提下提高了亚像素定位的速度,通过实验证明算法达到较高的精度,能够满足一般的工程测量。

Abstract:With the development of science and technology, and because of its characteristics of non-contacting, high speed, high ac-curacy and high convenience, vision measuring methods is more and more concerned. The measurement of the minor displacement is a common field in the displacement measurement. There are many kinds of measuring methods for it. In this paper, vision techniques are applied. Sub-pixel location algorithm by quadratic surface fitting are improved to obtain higher sub-pixel location speed under assuring accuracy, The experiment results demonstrates that this algorithm can reach higher accuracy and meet the demands of prac-tical measurement.
