| Abstract: | The tools prototype is rapidly made with laminated manufacture method according to 3 D design.Based on the prototype,the aluminum alloy foam molding tools are made by plaster precision casting.The new method can provide small medium size foam tools and polystyrene pattern for lost foam process rapidly. |
