高温再热器异种钢焊接接头失效分析

摘    要:针对华能汕头电厂2号炉高温再热器TP304H-钢102接头断裂失效的情况,进行了化学成份分析、金相检验、扫描电镜观察,发现该焊接接头存在未熔合、夹渣等缺陷,在钢102侧还出现了氧化物沟槽。分析认为此次焊接接头失效的主要原因是由于接头本身存在的焊接缺陷促使了氧化物沟槽的形成,在各种复杂应力的综合作用下,导致了焊接接头的提前失效。

Abstract:Pointing to the situation of TP304H-stee1 102 joint fracture and failure of Number 2 boiler high temperature reheater in Hua'nen Shantou power plant,This paper finds this welded joint has the unfuzed and slag defect,and occurred oxide channel on the side of steel 102 through chemical composition analysis,metallographic test and scanning electric mirror observation.It considers the primary reason that caused welded joint fault is the joint itself has welded defect that makes the formation of oxide channel,and under the comprehensive function of different complex stress causing welded joint early failure.
