| 摘 要： | 工程机械产品结构复杂,外购配套件及外协加工件数量较大,大部分零件采购周期较长,仓库管理任务繁重,需要引入批次管理和标签管理技术来提高物品管理能力。通过分析企业仓储管理的实际业务需求,论述应用条码(BarCode)、无线网络接入点(Wireless Access Point简称AP)及掌上微型电脑(Personal Digital Assistant简称PDA),建立与ERP紧密集成的无线条码仓储管理系统(Warehouse Management System简称WMS)的设计方案。此系统经过开发与成功上线实施,在实际应用中取得了较好的效果。 |
