摘    要:介绍的摩擦焊机测控系统是以工业PC为主控机,液压,转速测控单元用2个单片机系统实现,文中讨论了工业PC机与2个单片机系统通信的硬件连接,通信原理及协议,并用VisualC^ 6.0实现了在Windows平台上的多机串行通信。

Abstract:The measuring and controlling system of friction welding machine is realized by using industry computer PC as main controller and making two single chip processor systems realize hydraulic pressure and rotary speed measuring and controlling.The hardware joint ,communication principle and protocol about industry computer and two SCM systems are discussed in this paper,multi-computer serial communication on Windows is realized by Visual C ++ 6.0.
