摘    要:提出了一种基于多自治体智能节点的,构成信息化服装集成制造系统的新方法,这种方法采用Servlet技术,采用请求——响应的Web服务模式来进行网络数据库的访问,将服装制造过程各单元,诸如服装CAD系统、计算机控制的自动裁床、智能吊挂生产系统等自动孤岛集成起来,构成一个分布式多自治体的服装制造系统.本文还具体阐述了制造系统中多自治体的基本结构和多自治体之间的组织方式.这种技术的应用可以实现了服装设计、裁剪、缝制及其余管理各个子系统达到真正的无缝集成.

Abstract:A new method of establishing web based garment CIMS is put forward in this paper,which constructs from low layer of the system to the high.In this way a lots of "islands of intelligence" -autonomous agent,such as intelligent garment CAD,intelligent garment CAPP,intelligent garment cutter,intelligent shop floor computerized hook conveyor(or unit production system,UPS) etc.,can be established before.Then all the autonomous agent are connected in client/server computer network,which all the autonomous agents are equal in the network and human to form a multi-autonomous agents oriented garment CIMS.They work together and co-operate each other to change the source of manufacturing system into production.In following section of the paper,conception and construction of autonomous agent are discussed also.It is composed of problem solving layer,information interface layer,inter exchange layer.It can solve the specified intelligent problem in specified manufacturing environment.At the same time,it can co-operate and mutual exchange with other autonomous agents.
