摘    要:SiO2气凝胶薄膜是一种纳米轻质材料,具有高孔隙率、低密度、低热导率、低声传播速度、低介电常数、高比表面积、透明等优异性能,在热学、光学、声学、微电子、航空航天、化学化工等领域具有广阔的应用前景.介绍了SiO2气凝胶薄膜的性能与应用,并对其制备方法进行了综述和评价.

Abstract:SiO_2 aerogel thin film is a nano-porous lightweight material with many excellent properties such as high porosity,low density,low thermal conductivity,low sound speed,low dielectric constant and high specific surface area,and it is transparent. SiO_2 aerogel has versatile applications in various areas such as heat,optics,acoustics, microelectronics,aviation and aerospace,and chemical engineering. The properties and applications of SiO_2 aerogel thin film are described. Its preparation methods is also summarized and evaluated in this paper.
