平面应力问题的结构拓扑优化

摘    要:研究了结构拓扑优化设计问题,研究对象是二维平面结构。利用线弹性总理2的进化方法(ESO),针对结构拓扑优化设计所需单元网络密度较大,且优化过程需反复组建刚度矩阵的特点,提出了利用虚拟层合单元进行拓扑优化的方法。数值算例表明,此法简单有效,能够用于结构拓扑优化设计。

Abstract:The paper accesses the topology optimization design of structures composed of the elements of the plane stress. Onthe basis of the Evolutionary Structural Optimization (ESO) method of linear elasticity, the topology optimization by virtual laminated element, which does not need to form as many elements as conventional ESO method, has been proposed. The presented method is very significant for the feature of reforming stiffness matrix in generating optimum topology. The example results show that this algorithm is simple and effective to be used in the topology optimization of structures.
