| 摘 要： | 本文通过瑞士苏黎世、温特图尔和巴登等城市的产业建筑及地段的改造和适应性再利用案例的分析,探讨1990年代以来瑞士产业建筑及地段保护和更新改造的特点、趋势及案例实施的经验,同时分析比较了中国与瑞士在该领域存在的差距。
