微机调速器转速死区自动测试的研究

摘    要:本文通过对调速器现有的两种死区测试方法的比较,在脉冲法的基础上,提出了一种更为便利、准确的测试方法.利用微机调速器自身来实现其转速死区的自动测量.本文阐述了该方法的基本原理,介绍了其软、硬件的构成与实现,最后给出了试验结果,指出了今后的发展方向.

Abstract:A speed dead-band automatic test approach applied to microcontroller based hydroturbine governor is presented in this peper. Comaaed with two traditional test approaches, the prosed approach is more accurate and convenient. The principe of automatic test is described as well as the hardware and software structures. Finally, the experimental result is given and the further development is pointed out.
