国内外桥梁缆索用高碳钢盘条实物质量对比

摘    要:分析日本新日铁和国内钢厂生产的桥梁缆索用高碳钢盘条力学性能差异的原因。国内厂家通过向钢中添加Cr和V元素来提高盘条的力学性能,但新日铁盘条的抗拉强度仍最高,约1 280 MPa;3个钢厂盘条的延伸率均在14%左右;新日铁盘条断面收缩率为44.5%,国内钢厂的盘条断面收缩率均低于40%。分析表明:日本新日铁盘条采用盐浴冷却,冷却均匀性更好,可提高盘条的索氏体化率及通条性能,国内钢厂采用斯太尔摩风冷线冷却,冷却能力弱,冷却均匀性差;3个钢厂的盘条索氏体化率均在90%左右,国产盘条平均索氏体片层间距在170nm以上,而新日铁盘条平均索氏体片层间距仅有84.7 nm。

Abstract:To analyze the reason of mechanical properties difference of high carbon steel wire rod for bridge cable produced by Japan Nippon Steel and domestic steel factory.The mechanical properties of wire rod is increased by adding element chromium and vanadium to steel in domestic factory,but the tensile strength of Nippon Steel wire rod is the highest,about 1 280 MPa.The elongation of three steel factories is about 14%.The area reduction of Nippon Steel wire rod is 44.5%,the area reduction of domestic steel factory wire rod is lower than 40%.Analyzed results show: Japan Nippon Steel wire rod is cooled with salt bath,cooling uniformity is better,which can improve the wire rod sorbitizing rate and uniformity,domestic wire rod is cooled with Stelmor cooling line,cooling ability is low,cooling uniformity is poor.The wire rod sorbitizing rate of three steel factory is about 90%,the average lamellar spacing of domestic wire rods are over 170 nm,while the the average lamellar spacing of Nippon Steel wire rod is only 84.7 nm.
