| 摘 要： | 为了提高机床的设计水平,将虚拟样机技术引入机床的设计开发过程,通过虚拟样机技术的使用辅助设计人员进行方案分析.利用三维造型软件SolidWorks实现虚拟样机模型的建立,应用对象的链接与嵌套技术进行数控加工仿真、刀具轨迹显示、自动换刀和毛坯的自动设计,采用仿真软件ADAMS实现了该机床的动力学分析和仿真.将上述方法应用于并联机床的具体设计中,计算机仿真结果验证了理论模型的合理性,进而验证了设计的正确性和可靠性. |
