| 摘 要： | 近年来越来越多的建设项目采用绿色建筑评价标准来指导建筑的设计与施工.通过对中国申请LEED认证的项目进行归纳统计,得出申请项目的数量增长,类型分布,认证通过率等数据,来反应绿色建筑评价在中国的发展情况.同时,论述了地域特征对绿色建筑评价的影响,概括总结出几个影响评价结果的主要地域特征,并对某些受地域性因素影响的典型条款及其权重进行详细阐述.最后提出:绿色建筑评价标准应以地域性特征为基础,构筑符合地域特征的评价条款及相应权重,从而使绿色建筑评估体系更加符合实际.
