摘    要:锅炉掺烧褐煤显著降低了AGC方式下滑压运行机组负荷响应速度及控制稳定裕度,为了提高机组AGC负荷响应速度和控制精度,在传统控制策略基础上提出了掺烧褐煤机组滑压运行的新型控制策略,基本思想是负荷指令与主汽压力指令分时控制,错峰调节,主汽压力定值动态自适应锅炉运行状态,采用高速负荷指令前馈代替实际负荷指令前馈,动态超前控制改善锅炉的动态特性。新型控制略策在充分利用锅炉蓄热来满足电网负荷需求的前提下,有效地解决了掺烧褐煤直吹式机组滑压运行方式下锅炉参数摆动大的问题,经过长期试验与调试,新型控制策略在铁岭电厂4台机组得到了成功应用。

Abstract:Boilers burning brown coal significantly reduced the AGC mode unit load speed of response and control stability margin de grees. In order to improve the unit AGC load speed of response and control accuracy, the paper on the basis of the traditional control strategy proposes a new control strategy for burning lignite unit sliding pressure. The basic idea is a load instruction and instruction timesharing control of the main steam pressure, peak shifting regulation, the main steam pressure setpoint dynamic adaptive boiler operating status, the use of highspeed load command instead of the actual load instruction feedforward, dynamic advanced control im proving characteristics of the boiler. On the condition of taking full advantage of the boiler heat storage to meet the load requirements of the grid, the new control strategy is to solve the boiler parameter swinging problem of sliding pressure in the operating mode for burning lignite direct firing unit. After longterm experiment and optimization, the new control strategy in Tieling Power Plant units has been successfully appliced.
