超超临界机组的能耗分布与节能潜力研究

摘    要:随着我国节能减排政策的推进,降低火力发电机组的煤耗已成为电力企业节能工作的重要目标。近年来超超临界火电机组以其高效率、低能耗、低污染的优点得到了快速发展。对典型超超临界机组的能耗进行详细的分析,得出机组能耗分布的规律,对机组节能具有一定的指导意义。本文依据单耗分析理论,通过对某2×1000MW超超临界火电机组的设计工况进行热力计算,得到整个机组的能耗分布,反映出各设备能耗占整个机组能耗的比例,并以此为依据找出各设备的节能潜力。

The distribution of energy consumption analysis and energy-saving potential on USC Unit
Abstract:With the advance of China's energy saving policy,reducing the coal consumption of thermal power generating units has become an important goal of energy conservation.In recent years,1000MW ultra-supercritical unit has developed rapidly for its high efficiency and low energy consumption.Therefore,the energy consumption distribution of a typical ultra-supercritical unit is analyzed in detail to find out its principle,which can make contribution for the energy conservation of units.Based on the theory of unit energy consumption and according to the thermodynamic calculation of a 2×1000MW ultra super critical generating unit under the design condition,this paper shows the distribution of energy consumption of the whole unit,which reflects the ratio of energy consumption of each equipment in the total unit.Based on the results,the energy conservation potential of every equipment can be found out.
