混凝剂对膜生物反应器过滤性能的影响研究

摘    要:在膜生物反应器处理污水过程中,投加硫酸铁可以改善膜生物反应器的过滤性能。研究表明,当MLSS=6 000mg/L,硫酸铁投加量为100 mg/L时,膜阻力比不投加降低34%,膜通量提高1/3左右。投加硫酸铁对于MBR出水水质没有影响。扫描电镜研究表明,投加硫酸铁改变了膜污染层的结构和空隙率,污染层孔隙较大且不规则,污染层结构较疏松,其结构有利于膜通量的提高。

Abstract:When using membrane bioreactor for wastewater treatment,it is found the addition of coagulant can improve the filtration character of the process.The study revealed while the MLSS=6 000 mg/L,Fe2(SO4)3 adding quantity is 100 mg/L,the membrane resistance reduces 34%,the flux increases about 1/3.Fe2(SO4)3 addition has little effect on the MBR effluent quality.SEM micrograph analysis displayed the adding of Fe2(SO4)3 can changed the structure and the cavity ration of the fouling cake.The cavities in the cake with Fe2(SO4)3 addition are bigger and irregular,the cake structure is looser.The structure are benefits for the flux enhancement.
