基于H.264的时间可分级编码结构的研究

摘    要:阐述了基于H.264/AVC的时间可分级编码结构,等级B图像编码和运动补偿时间滤波(Motion-compensated Temporal Filtering,MCTF)技术,从编码效率和信噪比可分级两个方面对这两种技术进行了实验仿真,并从多个方面进行了对比和理论分析.

Abstract:In this paper, the structure of temporal scalable video coding based on H.264, the technology of hierarchy B image coding and the technology of motion-compensated temporal filtering (MCTF) are described. The two technologies are simulated in terms of coding efficiency and signal to noise ratio scalability, and they are compared and theoretically analyzed in many aspects.
