摘    要:针对电子装备维修过程中的故障隔离问题,提出了一种基于最大熵的测试点优化方法。基于2个类中包含的可更换单元数目应尽量相等或数目相差最少的故障隔离测试点优化的基本思路,用最大熵的理论建立模型,并以某型雷达接收系统的故障隔离为例对该优化方法进行了验证。分析结果表明:该方法可大大压缩测试点的数量,达到降低故障诊断时间,提高故障诊断、故障排除效率的目的。

Abstract:Due to the fault isolation problems of electronic equipment repair process, put forward a test point optimization method based on maximum entropy. Based on basic principle that renewable unit quantities in 2 categories are equal or similar, use maximum entropy theory to establish model, then take certain type radar receiver system fault isolation as example to verify the optimization method. The analysis method shows that the method can greatly reduce test points, short fault diagnosis time, improve efficiency of fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
