摘    要:针对目前测速实验中采用锡箔靶或金属网靶测速时存在效率低、劳动强度大、可靠性较差等缺点,提出一种更高效可靠的高速摄影速度测试方法。以测试单个某型预制破片的靶前速度为例进行高速摄影测速系统组建,分析了关键参数设置的理论依据以及处理高速摄影结果得到速度的像素点法和等比例缩放方法,并将计算结果与锡箔靶方法测得的速度值进行了对比,相对速度差均小于5 m/s。实例应用表明:该方法合理可靠,显著地提高了测速试验的效率,能够满足实际需求。

Abstract:In view of the present experiments using the foil-targets or metal mesh targets to measure velocity have the disadvantages of low efficiency, large labor intensity and poor reliability, a more convenient and reliable method of high-speed photography was proposed to measure a type of prefabricated fragment velocity just before the target. This paper discussed the process of forming high-speed photography velocity test system, also the theoretical foundation of key parameters settings and the process of using the pixel point method and scaling method to deal with the result of high-speed photography were demonstrated, and the results were compared with those measured through the traditional methods, errors are less than 5 m/s. The application example shows that the method is reasonable and reliable, significantly improve the efficiency of the velocity measuring experiments, and meet the actual demand.
