内花键双联齿轮的优化设计

摘    要:对某铁路大型养路机械车轴齿轮箱用带内花键双联齿轮的材料选用、结构形式设计和渗碳淬火热处理工艺进行了研究和对比分析。通过优化设计,使设计和制作工艺更加简单、合理,通过预处理、渗碳温度、碳势、淬火温度及预热等热处理工艺因素对17CrNiMo6钢畸变的影响进行分析,较好地控制了热处理畸变,提高了齿轮精度,满足了设计和使用要求。

Abstract:In this paper, the material selection, structure design, carburizing and quenching heat treatment process of the double-linked gear with internal splines used in the axle gear box of railway maintenance machinery was studied and ana tyzed. By the optimization design, the design and production process can be made more simple and reasonable. And then the effects of heat treatment factors including pre treatment, carburizing temperature, carbon potential, quenching temperature and preheating on the distortion of 17CrNiMo6 steel were analyzed, by this design can control the heat treatment distortion preferably,and can improve the gear accuracy. Finally, this design can meet the design requirements.
