多通道实时交流数据采集的实现方法

摘    要:提出一种基于80C196KC的多通道实时交流数据采集方法,并采用频率跟踪技术来消除系统基波频率波动的影响。采集的数据经半波傅立叶变换恢复为电压、电流实际值,并可计算出有功功率、无功功率和功率因数。数据采集和计算可在20ms内完成,误差不超过1%。本方法具有实时性好,获得的数据准确,硬件结构简单,运行可靠等优点。在实际应用中具有较高的实用价值。

Abstract:A method of the real-time multiple-channel AC data acquisition based 80C196KC microcontroller is introduced. Adopting frequency-tracking method eliminates the effect of frequency change. The data can be restored the real value of voltage and current by Fourier algorithm. The active power, reactive power and power factor can be calculated in 20 ms,and the error of data is limited in 1%. This method has many advantages, such as high speed, high accuracy, and simple structure in hardware. In fact, this method has some practical value.
