PLC离线仿真软件的设计

摘    要:PLC作为一种以微电脑为核心的自动控制装置.已经在工业自动化领域广泛应用。一个工业控制程序从设计到实际运行必须多次在PLC上进行程序调试,但实物PLC上进行程序开发、调试存在着成本高、风险大的问题。而PLC离线仿真软件可以替代实物PLC,较好地完成这部分功能。从PLC离线仿真软件整体系统结构、需要实现的功能及实际设计几个方面阐述PLC离线仿真软件的设计原理及实现方案。

Abstract:PLC has been widely used in industrial automation. Before running on the PLC, a Ladder Chart must be carried out several times in pro- gram debugging on the PLC. There are problems of high cost and big risk issues when program development and debugging on the real PLC. Offline simulation software can replace the real PLC, complete this part of function better. Analyzes PLC offline simulation software design principles and implementation from the aspect of system architecture, functional requirements and the actual design.
