基于PLC烧结配料控制系统的设计

摘    要:针对钢铁冶金企业烧结配料系统准确性、可靠性和自动化程度不高的问题,提出了一种基于PLC的自动配料控制系统设计方案.该方案以S7-200 PLC为主控制器,利用PID算法实现恒流量控制,通过OPC技术实现PLC与WinCC组态软件的通信.通过实验验证,该方案能够满足实际工程要求,并且具有较好的控制效果.

Abstract:The accuracy, reliability and automation degree of the sinter proportioning system in iron and steel enterprises are not high, so a design scheme of automatic blending control system based on PLC is proposed. The scheme can realize the constant flow control with S7 -200 PLC as the main controller, using the PID algorithm and the communication between PLC and WinCC based on OPC technology. Through the experimental verification, this scheme carl meet lhe practical requirement with a better controlling effect.
