| 摘 要： | 随着我国金融市场的不断发展，金融人才的需求发生重大变化，应用型、创新型、复合型人才的需求急剧增加。因此，高校必须加快金融实验课程体系建设步伐。探讨金融实验课程体系建设的必要性．分析当前金融实验课程体系建设存在的主要问题，提出完善金融实验课程体系的对策建议。

| Abstract: | With the continuous development of Chinese financial market, the demand for finance professionals has undergone major changes; the demand for practical, innovative, and versatile personnels has increased dramatically, and as a result, universities and colleges must accelerate the construction of the financial experimental teaching curriculum. Discusses the necessity of constructing the financial experimental teaching curriculum, analyses the major existing problems regarding the construction, and proposes suggestions and measures to perfect the financial experimental teaching curriculum. |
