电传动推土机曲线作业的控制仿真研究

摘    要:电传动推土机采用差速转向系统驱动的总体结构形式.在建立电传动推土机后功率链各个部分仿真模型的基础上,提出了基于调节驱动电机和液压马达转速的控制方案,完成了推土机曲线作业控制策略的制定和整体模型的建立,并利用动态系统仿真软件MATLAB/Simulink进行仿真分析,验证了整体模型和控制方案的正确性.

Control and Simulation Research on Curve Operation of Electric Drive Bulldozers
Abstract:The electric-driven bulldozer adopts differential steer and drive as a whole. On the basis of sections of post power chain in the electric-driven bulldozer which was simulated in a model we put forth a control concept based on regulating RPM of the electric drive motor and the hydraulic motor to have set up the bulldozer’s curve operation strategy and constructed a total model. Besides, we utilized a dynamic simulation software MATLAB/Simulink to have simulated and analyzed thereof, thus verified correctness of the whole model and the control concept.
