| 摘 要： | 闪速炉余热锅炉在熔炼车间工艺流程中具有不可替代的作用,其日常检修作业量大且影响生产。因此贵冶拟在2010年二系统年修期间对被大块砸坏部位进行全面检修,并对辐射部、对流部局部进行改造。根据贵冶二系统闪速炉余热锅炉改造完善技术要求,对吊装、集箱组装、焊接、压力试验等施工重点质量控制点进行分析,保证了完善改造工程如期完成。

| Abstract: | Flash furnace＇s waste heat boiler is irreplaceable in the smelting process workshop; it has large daily operation and ma- intenance which would influence production. So Guixi Smelter completely maintenance the damaged parts which caused by large piece in the second production system during the 2010 maintenance work , and made technological transformation of the radiate parts and convection parts. According to the technical improvement requirements of the second system＇s waste heat boiler of flash furnace, and a- nalysis on lifting, tube box assembly, welding, pressure test and other key points of quality control in construction, guarantees a perfect renovation project completed on schedule. |
