连续墙抓斗通用工装设计

摘    要:介绍地下连续墙抓斗设备重要零部件——抓斗合件制造过程的改进及抓斗体通用工装的设计方案.抓斗体通用工装的设计思想主要是从连续墙抓斗的装配要求出发,结合产品特性,努力改善产品的制造条件,并满足通用化的制作要求.通过设计壁板单片工装和抓斗体通用工装,加强抓斗体系列产品的焊接过程控制,为连续墙抓斗体的后续加工打下良好的基础,进而从根本上解决抓斗装配中反映出来的各种问题,最终达到保证产品质量,提高工作效率的目的.

General Fixture Design of Diaphragm Wall Grab
Abstract:The text introduces important parts of a clamshell for diaphragm wall excavation under-pit, i.e. the clamshell assembly, its improvements during the manufacture, and design alternatives of the fixtures and tooling for the clamshell body making as a whole. Design concept of machining tools for the continuous-wall cutting clamshell bucket as a whole was started from the assemble requirements, in combination with product features while trying to improve the product manufacturing conditions and satisfy making requirements in parts exchangeability. Thru tooling design for single wall plate of the clamshell bucket and common tooling for the whole bucket body making operation we had to strengthen serial products welding control over the clamshell body so as to lay a good foundation for following processes of the bucket, thus trying to fundamentally solve problems present in assembling the clamshell bucket, and finally getting the objective of sure products quality and upgraded operational efficiency.
