武山铜矿双中段开采矿柱回收初探

摘    要:武山铜矿以胶结充填工艺推广使用为契机,积极摸索在现有采矿工艺、技术装备条件下,对双中段开采时留下的矿柱进行回收,通过改变回采顺序、优化胶结充填工艺、事先调节矿柱厚度措施,有效解决了双中段开采矿柱回收难题,确保了安全生产,矿石回收率提高到80%以上。

Abstract:As the opportunity of cemented back filling promoted in Wushan Copper Mine, the writers positive discovery the ways of sublevel pillars recycling based on current mining method and equipment. Through changing the backstoping sequence, optimizing the cemented filling process, adjusting the thickness of ore pillars, the double sublevel pillars recycling difficulties are solved; and en- sure safety production, the ore recovery rate is improved to more than 80%.
