摘 要: | 在网络信息化的快速发展下,电子商务信息已成为全球最快捷的商品交易工具产物。电子商务方式使市场范围大大扩展,交易各方活动领域显著增大;使商品交易的进程和传递的速度明显加快,从而使商务活动的节奏加快;电子商务最典型的代表就是电子商店。
