摘    要:通过升级改造主变强油风冷控制装置,设计并安装一套新的基于PLC实时监控、软硬件完善的主变风冷控制系统,将风机温度和油泵开停状况等对主变至关重要的参数实时反映在主控室,实现风机开停与主变的温度相结合,使控制系统与主变保护有机结合。增强自控与主变保护功能。从而加强对主变温度的控制,保证大负荷电能的供应。

Abstract:Through upgrading the main transformer's forced - oil - air cooling control device, design and install a new main air cooling system, which based on PLC real - time monitoring, with perfect software and hardware, the air temperature and oil pump oper- ation and stop eondition of main transformers real time crucial parameters could be showed on the main control room, to realize the fan's operation combined with the main transformer temperature, enhance the automatic control function. The new wind turbine control sys- tem and main transformer protect organie union, make control system and the organic combined with main transformer proteetion; en- hance the main transformer protection function. To strengthen the main variable temperature control, ensure the load power supply.
