基于自适应变异粒子群算法的分布式电源规划

摘    要:针对分布式电源(DG)规划问题,建立配电网网损最小、电压偏差最小、静态电压稳定裕度最大的多目标DG规划模型。采用模糊集理论将多目标优化问题单一化,通过使总体满意度最大化,提升整体性能。同时采用自适应变异粒子群算法(AMPSO)对建立的模型进行求解,在一定程度上克服了基本粒子群算法容易早熟收敛的问题。在IEEE 33节点配电网系统上进行仿真计算,验证了模型和算法的有效性。

Abstract:In allusion to the planning of distributed generators(DG),a multi-objective programming model,which takes into account the least active power loss,the best voltage level and the biggest static voltage stability margin,is established.Using the fuzzy set theory to transform the multi-objective optimization into mono-objective optimization and maximizing the overall satisfaction improves the overall performance.At the same time,use AMPSO to solve the model.To a certain extent,this algorithm overcomes the premature convergence caused by particle swarm algorithm.Testing on IEEE 33 node power system checks the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.
