摘    要:江西铜业集团公司贵溪冶炼厂转炉渣、电炉渣和闪速炉渣采用混合浮选工艺流程处理,通过进行降低渣选铜精矿水份技术研究,成功在铜精矿脱水中使用旋流器组,探索出适用于细粒级铜精矿脱水的新工艺,精矿水份由13%~15%降至9%~11%。

Abstract:Bulk flotation process is used for the slags of converter, electric furnace and flash furnace in JCC Guixi Smelter. Through the technology research on reducing copper coneentrate~ moisture of slag concentrator, hydro - cyclones are used successfully in copper concentrates dehydration process, and the new dehydration process for fine - grained copper concentrates was explored, and the moisture of concentrate was reduced from 13% - 15% to 9% - 11%.
