| 摘 要： | 结合近年来无人值守变电站技术改造的不断发展，论述了适合于县级供电公司变电站管理的“远程视频监控系统”软件的设计与开发，包括系统的总体构成、前端视频模块与远程客户端模块的开发、系统软件开发平台与接口设计，最后给出了应用实例。
