共轨喷油器结构参数的分析研究

摘    要:阐述了共轨喷油器的工作原理,根据喷油器各部分的液力特性,将其分为容器类、压力驱动阀类、流道类、短管类4个模块,利用仿真软件AMES im建立了喷油器的仿真模型,为了验证模型的准确性,将仿真计算数据与试验数据进行了比较,结果表明:仿真模型的搭建合理,在此基础上分析了喷油器不同结构参数对喷射规律的影响。

Abstract:The working principle of common rail injector was introduced first,and according to the hydraulic characteristics of each component,the injector parts were divided into four modules,i.e.container,outlet valve,pipeline and tube.With AMESim software,the simulation model of injector was established,and the model was calibrated and validated with test results.With well calibrated model,the structural parameters' influences on injection pattern were conducted.
