以太长高速公路分离式立交桥桥头地基处理工程为例,介绍了旋喷桩的加固原理,对旋喷桩施工工艺流程及施工要点进行了阐述,总结了旋喷固结体系的质量要求及试验结果,结果表明该施工方法能提高地基承载力,降低地基不均匀沉降。

Discussion on the spraying pile construction

With foundation treating engineering of separable overpass bridge head in Tai-Chang express highway as example,the reinforcing mechanism of spraying pile was introduced,the construction process flow and construction points of spraying pile were illustrated.The quality requirement and experimental result of spraying reinforcing system were generalized.The result proved that the method can enhance the foundation bearing capacity and reduce base uneven settlement.
