摘    要:设计了通过西门子PROFIBUS现场总线和S7-300实现的多级接力恒压供水控制系统。系统采用分布采集、集中控制的方法,将超高层建筑分为多个区,在每个区通过S7-300的分布式I/O采集现场参数;通过主站CPU进行集中控制,实现变频恒压供水。采用WinCC Flexible 2007设计的监控系统能够实时显示系统的运行状态,并能对各分区的设备进行手动控制。在实现节能的同时,可避免自来水的二次污染,提高供水质量。

Abstract:The design of a constant pressure water relay supply system is presented by using the PROFIBUS and S7-300.The system adopts the method of data collection and central control.The total building is divided into several zones.The equipments in different zones realize the data collection by distributed I/O,the CPU realizes the centrally-controlled,which can realize the variable frequency constant pressure water supply.The monitoring system on the touch screen can display the running states,and control the equipment manually.The water supply system can save energy and avoid polluting the water again.
