某发射机构电路板通用检测系统设计与实现

摘    要:针对某系统发射机构电路板检测需求,给出了一种通用发射机构电路板检测系统的硬件平台和软件结构,实现了某系统发射机构多个电子组合的交互检测及电路板的自动检测;提出了基于功能接口的测试软件开发方法,采用C++Builder开发了系统数据库管理和浏览打印模块;选用LabWindows/CVI开发硬件访问和控制模块、状态监控模块、虚拟面板模块、系统自检模块、检测模块、故障诊断模块等。

Abstract:In order to meet the test requirements for the launcher circuit boards,this paper presented the hardware platform and software structure of a kind of general test system.A test software development method is presented based on the functional interface model.A database management model and a view printing model are designed by using the C Builder.The hardware control model,state moniting model,self-test model and fault diagnosis model are developed by adopting LabWindow/CVI.
