| 摘 要： | 研究减量灌装机灌装控制算法,进一步提高灌装精度及速度。提出了一种基于时间反馈及重量反馈的双闭环控制算法,开发了基于PROFIBUS-DP通讯的全自动减量式称重灌装机控制系统,实时调整各比例因子以测试灌装精度及速度。灌装精度得到进一步提高,各灌装头一致性良好,有效地提高了灌装速度。该设备经实际应用,工作可靠,有效地提高了生产效率。

A Double Closed-loop Control System for Reduction Filling Machine Based on PROFIBUS-DP |

| Abstract: | To improve the filling accuracy and filling speed,study on the filling control algorithm for re-duction filling machine.Design a novel double closed-loop control system for reduction filling machine based on PROFIBUS-DP,test filling accuracy and filling speed through time and weighting feedback.Filing speed and accuracy could be effectively improved,filling consistency could meet the requirements.The practical ap-plication shows that the equipment is reliable and high efficiency. |
