BMD气冲造型线电控系统设计

摘    要:为解决BMD气冲自动造型线电控系统由于老化而故障频发等问题,采用西门子S7-400PLC、数字控制Simodrive611U伺服定位系统及基于Windows操作平台的WinCC上位机监控系统,构建了新的控制系统。新系统完全保留了原系统的全部功能及操作习惯,响应速度更快,并增强了系统运行状态信息显示功能,而且具备工业以太网接口,为生产管理升级预留了空间。实践结莱表明,改造后的系统运行稳定,达到了设计要求。
