酶促鱼油部分水解反应器的选择及探讨

摘    要:以深海海鱼油为原料,脂肪酶为催化剂,进行酶促鱼油选择性水解实验,尝试了平板渗透膜反应器、中空纤维反应器、搅拌反应器对脂肪酶催化鱼油部分水解实验,并对它们进行了比较;考查一在不同反应器条件下,脂肪酶催化鱼油发的酶的酶用量、时间和转化率。结果表明,带有固定化酶的搅拌釜反应器对酶促鱼油部分水解反频为最适反应器。

Abstract:Based on the fish oil as material,lipase as catalyst,the experiments of lipase-catalyzed selective hydrolysis of fish oil were discussed in the article. Membrane reactor, hollow fiber reactor, and stirred reactor were used to do the experiments,and they were compared with each other. And through thus, the consumption of lipase, time for reaction and the rate of hydrolysis were investigated under different condition with different reactors. Finally, it was concluded that the stirred reactor with immobilized -lipase was the best reactor.
