摘    要:通过对不同结构及硅铝比的分子筛进行催化裂化反应中低温低转化率、高温高转化率裂解的反应以及反应温度对乙烯选择性影响的考察,认为:分子筛的孔径是影响乙烯选择性的主要因素,中小孔分子筛对乙烯的选择性都比大孔分子筛的好。在中小孔分子筛中,二维孔道对乙烯的选择性更好。在低温低转化率的条件下,随着HZSM—5分子筛硅铝比的增加,乙烯选择性基本变化很小;在高温高转化率的条件下,乙烯选择性随着HZSM—5分子筛硅铝比的增加而增加。

Abstract:The effects of zeolite structure, silica alumina ratio, reaction temperature and con-version on ethylene selectivity in catalytic cracking reaction were studied. The results showed that the pore size was the primary factor affecting ethylene selectivity. The ethylene selectivity in cracking over mesopore and small-pore zeolites especially with 2 dimensional channels was better than that of large-pore zeolites. With the increasing of the silica alumina ratio of ZSM-5, the ethylene selectivity almost kept invariable under low reaction temperature and low conversion, but it increased under high reaction temperature and high conversion.
