摘    要:采用CILAS激光粒度分析仪测量旋流器的进出口及旋流器壁的粒径分布。分析了除油旋流器中的入口流量,分流比等操作参数对旋流器各段边壁油滴平均粒径的影响,研究结果表明,当入口流量达到一定程度时,旋流器各段边壁油滴的平均粒径随入口流量的增加而降低,此时旋流器的分离效率较高,如果入口流量低于某一临床值,旋流器各段边壁油滴的平衡粒径则不随入口流量的变化而变化,此工况下旋流器的分离效率较低,本实验条件下,入口流量的临界值为4.5m^3/h,分流比对旋流器各段边壁的油滴粒径影响不大。在同一操作条件下,沿旋流器的轴线方向,各段边壁油滴平衡粒径逐渐减小。

Abstract:Oil droplet size is an important factor influencing the performance of a de oiling hydrocyclone. It directly determines the efficiency and the capability of the hydrocyclone for de oiling of oily waste water. This paper discussed the effect of operational parameters such as feed flowrate, split ratio on the distribution of the droplet sizes at the wall of hydrocyclone downstream.The isokinetic sampler apparatuses were used to take the samples in the feed and the downstream outlet. And the samples at the wall were taken by the pressure suffer devices. Oil droplet size distributions were obtained using a CILAS laser granulometer. The results suggested that the mean droplet sizes at the wall of hydrocyclone would decrease with the increasing of feed flowrate if the feed flowrates were more than 4.5 m 3/h and the separation efficiencies were high. When inlet flowrates were less than 4.5 m 3/h, the mean droplet sizes at the wall of hydrocyclone would change very little with the inlet fowrates varying and the separation efficiencies were low. The split ratio had little influence on the mean droplet sizes at the wall of hydrocyclone. The separation efficiency could not be improved by increasing the split ratio only. The mean oil droplet sizes decreased along the axial direction under the same operational parameters.
