马钢异型坯连铸中间包冶金性能数模研究

摘    要:采用数模对马钢异型坯的中间包冶金性能进行研究,分析了中间包的流场,钢水平均停留时间,夹杂物的运动规律。计算结果表明,现场使用的无流动控制的中间包,1流区域钢水流动缓慢,3流和4流有明显的短路流,夹杂上浮排除率较低。加入档墙后,消除了3、4两流的短路流,夹杂上浮排除率增加,中间包的冶金性能有明显地改进。

Abstract:The mathematical model has been used to take research on metallurgical performance of tundish for profiled slab in Ma Anshan Iron & Steel Co.Ltd. Flowing field in tundish, the average time of molten steel detained in tundish and the behaviour rule of inclusions have been analyzed. The calculation results show that when tundish has been used on site without any folw control, the molten steel in strand I flows slowly, but the liquid in Strand , has a very short flow route. As a result, the removal rate of inclusions floating on surface is very low. After installation of weirs and dams, the above problem can be solved and the removal rate of inclusions can be increased. Consequently, the metallurgical performance of tundish has been markedly improved.
